Prof. Jha has been working as a Freelance Management Faculty and consultant since 2010. She has extensive corporate HR experience with various good corporations like Tata Motors, ICFAI University & more. She started online teaching to Indian students in 2010 itself. Her rich experience in teaching to varied management aspirants and students across all over the world gives her exposure to implement innovative ideas in education management.
